2. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery (you can adjust this timeframe if you prefer, e.g., 14 days).
- All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, altered, or washed.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items sold under clearance, sale, or promotional discounts.
- Digital products, gift cards, or items that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
6. Replacements & Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product:
- Please follow the same process as returns.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement item costs more, you may need to pay the price difference.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Bazaar Valley will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges or it may be deducted from the refund amount.

- If the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be declined.
